2Learn – Enrolment
Welcome to the Terms of Use for 2Learn – Enrolment. These terms will be between you and EduNeev Solutions Private Limited (EduNeev) for programs and courses offered on 2Learn system, (including but not limited to 2Learn-B.Tech, 2Learn-Diploma in Engineering & Technology, and 2Learn-Applied Sciences, individually and collectively referred to as 2Learn-Domains). Kindly read these terms carefully along with our privacy policy, terms of use and other rules and regulations made available or published on 2Learn online platform including the mobile applications (including, but not limited to, any rules or usage provisions specified anywhere on 2Learn platform) – collectively referred to as the “Agreement”. The updated version of the above-mentioned terms and policies will be available on 2Learn site for your reference on how we handle your personal information. Each time you visit, browse, or use your 2Learn Enrolment, you accept this Agreement.

1. Enrolment & Eligibility
2Learn-Enrolment is a personalized access to 2Learn courses that offer, recommend, and enable you discover enriched digital educational content, and assessment in the form of pre-recorded courses, assessments, and live online lecture sessions by top educators, collectively referred to as “Educational Content”, for the duration of your enrolment. We personalize the content presentation according to your chosen program, course, institution, paper code, learning level, confirmation of learning etcetra, including recommendations and notifications on other available courses, content, and features that might be of interest or benefit to you. We strive hard to continuously improve the Enrolment plans to enhance your experience.
If you are a minor as per locally applicable laws, you may use the Enrolment only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Compatible Devices
To proper access and acceptable use of the Educational Content, you will require suitable personal computer system, and other analogous device that meets the system and compatibility requirements (a “Compatible Device”). Minimum configuration for operating system, system software and libraries, Applications, Plugins, browser type and version, system memory and CPU specifications, (and periodically updated) etc. as may be specified or updated from time to time will be required to ensure continued acceptable service quality.
3. Educational Content Usage Terms
2Learn Enrolment allows you to access Educational Content for personal use during the Enrolment Period.
Downloading, Exporting, Screen Capture, electronic or image capture of Educational Content via the system or by any means, including onward transmission or projection on any unauthorized devices, or any form of unauthorized copying of Educational Content for any purpose whatsoever is not authorized, except where expressly permitted through a written consent by EduNeev Solutions
3a. Video Play Time
2Learn-Enrolments are allocated a defined Video Play Time or VPT in hours utilized to view interactive video modules such as, ALM, ORM, PSM and GPSM modules. It is not expended when accessing assessments or other modules (unless specified otherwise). You can access the Educational Content during your Enrolment Period, as often as you want and as long as you want using a valid non-zero VPT allocation, during the Enrolment Period. Additional VPT can be purchased at any time via TopUp coupons in the concerned course.
3b. Limited License for Educational Content.
Subject to payment of the Enrolment Option fee and your compliance with all terms of this Agreement, 2Learn grants you a non-exclusive, transferable, shareable, limited usage license, during the applicable Enrolment Period, to access and view pre-recorded classes/courses of the Educational Content in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, for personal, non-commercial, private use only. We are authorized to automatically remove your access to the Educational Content from your Compatible Device after the end of the Enrolment Period or in accordance with any restriction mentioned in this Agreement.
3c. Availability of purchased Educational Content.
Educational Content will generally be available to you for in-app access and streaming or attending live-streamed doubt clearing lectures/courses during the Enrolment Period, as applicable on as-is where-is basis. 2Learn will not be liable to you if the Educational Content becomes unavailable for access or streaming for reasons beyond our control.
3d. Streaming Quality
The resolution and quality of the Educational Content you receive will depend on a number of factors, including the type of Compatible Device on which you access the Educational Content and your bandwidth, which might increase or decrease over the course of your viewing. While we endeavor to offer you a high-quality viewing experience, we make no guarantee as to the resolution or quality of the Educational Content you will receive at the time of streaming.
3e. General Restrictions.
You may not (i) transfer, copy or display the Educational Content, except as permitted in this Agreement; (ii) sell, rent, lease, distribute, or broadcast any right to the Educational Content; (iii) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Educational Content; (iv) attempt to disable, bypass, modify, defeat, or otherwise circumvent any digital rights management or other content protection system used as part of the Enrolment; or (v) use the Enrolment or Educational Content for any commercial or illegal purpose.
3f. Pricing
The pricing for each course is indicated under Enrolment Options on the Course Page. Pricing for each course is variable based on the chosen Enrolment Option. Taxes, if included, will be marked as such on the Checkout page.
4. Additional Terms
4a. Communications
We might send you promotions or otherwise communicate with you electronically, which may include e-mail, push notification, and you hereby consent to receive those communications. These communications will be in accordance with the 2Learn Privacy Policy.
4b. Enrolment Modification
2Learn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Enrolment Service, or any part of the Enrolment Service, at any time and without notice (except as required by applicable law), and 2Learn will not be liable to you should it exercise such rights, even if your ability to use Educational Content is impacted by the change.
4c. Amendments
2Learn reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time by posting the revised terms in connection with the Enrolment Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, your continued use of the Enrolment Service following any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
4d. Disputes/Conditions of Use.
Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement or the Enrolment Service is subject to the governing law, disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability, any binding arbitration, and all other terms in the 2Learn Terms of Use. You agree to those terms by using the Enrolment Service.
4e. Limitation of Liability.
Without limiting the disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability in the 2Learn Terms of Use: (i) in no event shall our total liability to you for all damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Enrolment Service exceed the amount of INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred); and (ii) in no event shall our total liability to you for all damages arising from your use of the Enrolment Service, the Educational Content, or information, materials included on or otherwise made available to you through the Enrolment Service, exceed INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred). The limitations in this section will apply to you even if the remedies fail of their essential purpose.

4g. Severability
If any term or condition of this Agreement is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or condition.
4h. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please read the enrolment terms and conditions carefully before you purchase any of our Enrolment plans. Once you have purchased a plan, you cannot change or cancel your plan. Once you make the required payment, it shall be termed as final. There cannot be any further changes or modifications to the same and neither there would be any form of refund.
4i. Shipping
2Learn Enrolment is virtual, and does not involve physical shipping.
